Understand your body and learn how to advocate for yourself in your prenatal and postpartum journey.

Here's how NBC can support you:

Join us for our first round of prenatal to postpartum classes! Our program is a 4-week cohort that includes prenatal, birth, and postpartum topics. We also have a feature class at the end of the cohort that dives deeper into crucial topics that will help you along your reproductive journey.

Our goal is to help you gain confidence, understand your body and learn how to advocate for yourself. We hope our classes are accessible for families and provide a safe space to ask questions. Everyone has different experiences; we wish to honour that in our groups.

We plan to have eight pregnant folks join us! You're encouraged to bring a support partner, whether a spouse, family member, or friend. We hold 4/8 spaces for Indigenous families.

Thank you to the Family Connection Program for allowing us to use their space!
